MediKo Bazar Policy

A. Sales and Product Registration Policy

1. Annual Sales Commitment
   – MediKo Bazar commits to achieving annual sales of $2,000 for registered products.
   – A product registration charge of $100 applies for up to 100 products.
   
2. Additional Product Charges
   – For more than 100 products, an additional charge of $1.50 per product will be applied.
   
3. Product Selection
   – The selection of products and their pricing, including the Maximum Retail Price (MRP), will be decided through mutual agreement between Mediko Bazar and the
   manufacturer or vendor. If the rates are set by the Government of Nepal (GoN), the government-fixed rates will be followed.
   
4. Pricing
   – Discounted prices will be applied in accordance with the Discount Policy or Offer Price guidelines.
   – Flash sale prices will be determined and displayed based on the policies set by Mediko Bazar.

B. Privacy Policy

At Mediko Bazar, we value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. We ensure that your data is handled securely and transparently.
• Data Protection: Your personal information is collected solely for order processing, delivery, and customer support.
• Secure Transactions: We use advanced encryption to ensure all payment details are safe and confidential.
• Limited Sharing: Your information is never shared with third parties, except as required for order fulfillment or legal compliance.
• User Control: You can access, update, or request the deletion of your personal data at any time.
• Policy Updates: Any changes to our privacy policy will be communicated to keep you informed.

C. Offer Policy

Marketing Guarantee:
a) For Manufacturer
– If Mediko Bazar is unable to achieve $2,000 in annual sales, marketing services will be provided free of cost.
– Additionally, the $100 product registration charge will be omitted.
b) For Vendor
– The marketing and advertising pricing between Mediko Bazar and the vendor will be mutually finalized.

D. Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Charges
   – The delivery charges for your order will depend on your shipping address. Free delivery inside Kathmandu valley and as per transportation bill outside valley.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Charges
   – If you choose Cash on Delivery as your payment method, additional charges may apply. These charges will be clearly mentioned on your bill.
   
3. Estimated Delivery Time
   – The estimated delivery time for your order will depend on your location and the availability of the product.
   a) Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days. A more accurate delivery estimate will be provided at checkout (if the products are in stock).
   b) If the products are out of stock, the delivery date will be confirmed during checkout.
   
4. International Delivery
   – Currently, we do not offer international delivery.
   

E. Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:
– The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
– The return request must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order.

F. Return Policy Exceptions

Some items may not be eligible for returns, including:
– Products that are damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
– Items marked as “non-returnable” on the product page.
– Consumable products.
– Change of mind won’t be applicable.
– Informed after 24 hours of receiving the order.
– If you lost the bill of payment.

G. Refund Policy

1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
2. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
3. Refunds will be processed as the original method of payment.
