• User: Anyone visiting or using our website.
• Customer: A user who places an order on our platform.
• Vendor: A partner who lists products or services on our platform.
• Services: All offerings provided on our website, including products and support.
• Products: Biomedical equipment and other items available for purchase.
• Used Products: Items that have been previously owned or used and are available for sale. These products may have minor wear but are in working condition.
• Rental Products: Equipment or devices that can be temporarily leased for a specific period under agreed terms and conditions. Customers must return them in good condition after use.
• Consultancy Services: Professional advice and guidance provided by experts on biomedical equipment, healthcare technology, or related fields to help clients make the best decisions.
• Engineering Services: We provide comprehensive services for biomedical equipment and devices, including technical support, maintenance, installation, and repairs. Our offerings also cover home health equipment, inventory management, equipment establishment and upgrades, procurement support, medical asset valuation, auctioning assistance, and maintenance support. Additionally, we offer training and certification, rental services, sales through Mediko Bazar, and supply services—all ensuring optimal functionality and compliance with industry standards. - User Responsibilities

• Illegal activities, spamming, or misuse of our services are strictly prohibited.
• Keep your account information secure and up to date. - Product Information
• We strive to provide prices, offer, accurate descriptions and images for all products.
• Slight variations in color or appearance may occur due to lighting or camera angles. - Pricing and Payments
• Accepted payment methods include bank transfers, digital wallets (like e-Sewa and Khalti) and Cash on Delivery (COD).
• Additional charges like taxes or delivery fees will be clearly displayed at the time of checkout.
• If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to correct it and contact you before proceeding with the order.
• The Maximum Retail Price (MRP) may or may not be displayed. Clients can obtain the price upon request.
• Payment methods include 100% advance payment, partial advance payment, cash on delivery (COD), or payment after installation, subject to applicable terms and conditions. - Orders and Cancellations
• Orders can be placed by following the instructions on our website.
• Clients can cancel or modify their order before it is confirmed by Mediko Bazar. However, once Mediko Bazar confirms the order via email, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

• Vendors are responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of their products listed on our platform.
b) Pricing & Payment Terms
• Vendors are responsible for setting and maintaining competitive and transparent pricing.
• Payments will be processed as per the agreed terms (e.g., advance payment, installment, or post-delivery).
• Any disputes regarding pricing must be resolved through Mediko Bazar’s vendor support team.
c) Returns, Refunds, and Warranty
• Vendors must clearly specify their return, refund, and warranty policies.
• Defective or damaged products due to manufacturing issues must be replaced or refunded in accordance with the return policy.
• Vendors are responsible for handling warranty claims where applicable.
d) Customer Support & Dispute Resolution
• Vendors must provide prompt responses to customer inquiries or complaints.
• All disputes should be resolved amicably, and unresolved disputes will be subject to Mediko Bazar’s intervention.
• Mediko Bazar reserves the right to mediate in case of customer dissatisfaction.
e) Termination of Vendor Agreement
• Mediko Bazar reserves the right to suspend or terminate vendor accounts in cases of non-compliance, fraudulent activity, or failure to meet service standards.
• Vendors will be notified of any violations and given a chance to rectify the issue before termination. - Warranty and Liability
a) Warranty:
• Warranty terms vary based on product type and manufacturer policies.
• The warranty period is determined by the manufacturer or vendor and will be stated in the product listing.
• Warranty periods start from the date of delivery or installation.
• The following are not covered under warranty:
• Damage due to misuse, negligence, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications.
• Normal wear and tear, consumables, and accessories unless explicitly stated.
• Damage caused by external factors such as power surges, natural disasters, or improper storage. - Intellectual Property
• All content, including text, images, logos, trademarks, product descriptions, and multimedia on the Mediko Bazar platform.
• Mediko Bazar’s rights over its brand, website, and proprietary materials.
• Legal protections and enforcement against IP infringements.
• Upon receiving a complaint, Mediko Bazar reserves the right to review, remove, or suspend the infringing content and, if necessary, take legal action against the violator. - Prohibited Activities

• Legal actions will be taken in accordance with the laws of the Government of Nepal (GoN) against individuals, if found engaged in illegal activities on the Mediko Bazar website. - Termination of Services
